We also consider how we will acquire them as customers once we have reached them, using landing pages, content and service offerings. But our most important consideration is converting them to action – getting in touch, subscribing to regular content or making a purchase.
If necessary, we work hard to encourage contacts to come back and convert at a later date – by driving them to follow our client on social media and creating a long-lasting relationship.
