Countryside Properties
Countryside Properties is a leader in property development, the creation of sustainable communities and urban regeneration. Since 2008 Mobas has been creating new housing development-specific microsites for them, developing a number of bespoke templates which are then individually tailored for each housing development to fit in with the relevant branding and style.
The websites are presented using a mix of technologies including Flash-based intros showcasing the USPs of each development, opt-in newsletter subscription, full SEO admin, CMS multi-layered navigation and Google analytics. We work in both a LAMP and WAMP framework environment and utilise additional technologies such as HTML, XML and Flash to complement the Open Source development tools.
All our sites utilise our bespoke Content Management System maximising our clients’ control of their websites and allowing them to implement changes immediately. This also makes our CMS an extremely cost-effective solution.
