Shelby

Head of Strategy

A highly experienced strategic marketer, Shelby has more than 25 years marketing experience with blue chip brands ranging from Warner Bros, Visa, Bayer CropScience and Bacs Direct Debit. For the past 15 years she has specialized in the development of corporate and marketing strategy, using insight to shape corporate restructures, define long-term business growth plans, and to develop and launch new brands. Her sector experience spans agriculture, personal finance, technology, professional services, education and FMCG, and this wide experience brings new thinking to client briefs.

At Mobas, Shelby uses the agency’s bespoke strategy development programmes to really get under the skin of a client’s business; understanding goals, culture, behaviours and politics to uncover real insights. It is these insights that provide the foundations for effective strategies that transform brands and companies into compelling experiences at every touch point.

Vicky

Insight Development Executive

Having been awarded a first class BA (Hons) degree in Marketing, Vicky has spent her time in varied project management and marketing roles across B2B and B2C brands. Having honed her ability to quickly get under the skin of a business, she joined the MobasCore team to develop and coordinate research activity in order to deliver key insights into bespoke and effective strategic plans to develop, review or evolve brands. When she isn’t knee deep in branding, Vicky adds to the wealth of sporty foodies at Mobas Group, enjoying a balanced life of obstacle course racing and delicious cake baking. Socialising and wine are also high on the agenda!
