Challenge

Carter Jonas tasked Mobas with producing the sales and marketing information packs for their new homes division. The challenge, as always, is to create a look and feel for each development that both perfectly reflects the development style and also targets the relevant purchasers.

Strategy

For Stratford Park, a site developed by Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Bellway Homes, Mobas had to produce a unifying brand and all supporting marketing materials, printed and digital.

Mobas worked with Carter Jonas, the developers and architects to truly understand the customer groups being targeted, the local area and the development’s architectural style. Having spent time in the local area to get a bearing on what would work for the new development, Mobas got to work on the creative, presenting numerous options for Carter Jonas to choose from. Once the creative route was decided, Mobas oversaw the entire process through to final delivery of the marketing materials.

Keeping its promise of always delivering on creativity and the end product, Mobas produced a strong brand to represent the development and act as lead brand for all three developers.

Results

Mobas measures success for developments on how the sales targets are met. To-date, every development we’ve work on for Carter Jonas has resulted in all properties being sold in the required timescale.
