Challenge

Part of the Accor Group, Pullman Hotels opened its first UK hotel in London. The new hotel had an enviable position near Kings Cross, but limited brand awareness. Mobas was tasked with developing a communications plan for the B2B market, highlighting the DNA of the new brand.

Strategy

Named after the famously luxurious Pullman railway carriages, Pullman was conceived as a chain of stylish and contemporary upscale hotels for business travellers. Mobas worked with the brand marketing and multi-brand teams to devise a campaign aimed at raising awareness of the new hotel, defining its positioning and, most importantly, ensuring that the hotel was visible and bookable.

Results

A tactical B2B campaign was rolled out across Northern Europe in four languages, resulting in a large increase in bookings.
