Challenge

Taylor Vinters was looking to refresh the brand to carry the law firm through the next period of growth and to re-establish its position as an innovative market leader. The revised brand had to reflect not only the business focus but also the Cambridge, London and International focus and office locations. The brand had to stand its ground in the global marketplace. Mobas was tasked with evolving the existing brand, visually representing the refreshed brand personality and proposition.

Strategy

Working on an ongoing basis with Taylor Vinters gave us complete understanding of the marketplace and their business. Mobas engaged with key stakeholders to create the marketing strategy and held a number of workshops to investigate and challenge the brand positioning. Using our tried and tested brand process methods including a 360-degree view and the brand key tool, we were able to distill the essence of the brand to develop and roll out across all touch points.

Results

Mobas deployed a new brand and business strategy, which Taylor Vinters have seen a huge positive response from both its clients and its staff. It has helped align the business focus, engage with strategic business partners, acquire new senior members of the Taylor Vinters team and increase the share of the global marketplace. To date the launch of the new brand has been a great success. Mobas and Taylor Vinters are now working on customer engagement and brand culture projects.
