The challenge

Mobas was tasked with creating a responsive website for Greene King Brewing and Brands, which was to act as a ‘one-stop shop’ for all information that may be of use to their free trade customers, potential customers and staff.

Our approach

Mobas created a responsive website, allowing off trade customers to access the site while on the move. The website had access restrictions, enabling different audiences to view content most relevant to them. This included existing customers being able to log in to view their personal invoices, statements, volume reports and Greene King staff contacts.

The result

The Greene King sales teams have been promoting the new website to all of their customers and ensuring they are fully trained to use the facility. In the first three months post go-live, the site has had 1,238 registered customers and the average session duration is 7.5 minutes, showing high levels of engagement with on-site content.
