The brief:
To create a suite of in-hotel collateral for the launch of the flagship UK Pullman hotel: Pullman London St Pancras. Items required included hotel room directories, menus, in-room literature and staff email signatures. Each item must have bilingual copy in both English and French.
Our approach:
Working closely with the Pullman UK marketing team and the hotel, we created the required items tailored to the hotel’s needs for the launch of the first UK Pullman hotel, while respecting the guidelines for this global brand. Our experience and expertise in hospitality marketing allowed us to make recommendations and suggestions to the hotel throughout the process.
The results:
All items delivered for the launch of the hotel in July 2012.
