Mobas worked closely with PEM to develop a new brand strategy that represents the firm’s strong values and dynamism, while underpinning its commitment to working with private clients, businesses and charities throughout the region.
The first step was to create a unified brand proposition by working with PEM’s partners and staff to get to the heart of what makes the firm great and to distil a clear vision to unite the 130+ employees. Once the proposition was in place, Mobas then developed an internal communications programme to engage the wide collective of team members with the plans for the firm’s future. Part of the new brand strategy included the creation and deployment of a new visual identity and brand voice which reflect both the firm’s heritage and its modern outlook.
As part of the roll-out, Mobas designed and developed a new logo and a responsive website, and produced a range of bespoke signage, stationery and marketing collateral, marking a complete change in the brand’s image.
