Mobas presents a rare insider look at an integrated agency
MD, Robin Bryant, and Director of Strategy and Branding, James Wheatcroft, took to the stage to share insights of agency life with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and provide a unique view of the creative marketing world from ‘the other side of the counter’.
The theme for the evening highlighted how agencies need to change and ever evolve, or die! Content and discussion included all subjects, from trends and future forecasting – scoping the next big thing, to a fascinating flashback of how the agency world has developed in a constantly changing climate – financially, digitally and creatively.
The presentation also took a humorous look at a day in the life of an integrated agency while providing some sound advice on achieving the most from the agency selection process and how best to work with your agency.
The CIM audience was further impressed with Mobas’ refreshing approach when Robin and James went on to share aspects of the ‘Mobas way’ of working with clients as an extension of their marketing teams. Taking agency services to another level, they revealed that some of their account managers have desks permanently in-situ at client offices so they can be on-hand and integrated.
