Mobas moves up the national rankings and is still flying high in the East of England for UK’s Top 100 Design Agencies

Leading integrated agency Mobas has been named one of the UK’s most prominent agencies – ranked 41 nationally and No. 2 in the Eastern Region

Cambridge-based Mobas has once again achieved regional and national recognition as a Top 100 UK Design Agency.

Marketing and media publication The Drum reaffirmed Mobas as one of the fastest growing integrated agencies in the East of England, as it continues to thrive on creativity and deliver successful campaigns.

The Design 100, which reviews design talent across Britain, is judged on criteria that includes recommendations from current clients, company turnover and profit per head.

Says Rob Bryant, Managing Director at Mobas: “Each year we climb higher on the national register, which is testament to the design talent and creative commitment at Mobas. It’s great to be acknowledged as a high-calibre agency in this way, especially as we are currently celebrating our 10-year anniversary. It is a landmark time for Mobas and we have invested in the best people for the next phase of development and another successful year of expansion.”

A spokesperson for The Drum states: “A trend towards integration and convergence was evident this year, as statistics showed 71% listed advertising as one of their disciplines, however, as consumer behaviour continues to revolve more and more around online activity, the majority of the top 100 counted digital as a discipline and listed by 83% of agencies, while 91% of those in the financial table listed branding as a business discipline.”

Rob Bryant concludes: “The Drum’s high ranking of Mobas reaffirms our commitment to be one of the best agencies in the UK – and one with a strong commitment to today’s digital influence in design, and indeed across all of our disciplines.”

Mobas creates major rebrand for Taylor Vinters

New brand personality showcases firm’s international commitment to technology, investment and private clients

Mobas has created a new brand for Taylor Vinters, positioning it as a ‘next generation’ law firm with an international scope and a strong commitment to its growing sectors of technology, investment and private clients.

Launched on 14 February to staff, clients and the media, the rebrand includes a new brand personality, logo and website (www.taylorvinters.com) that reflect the firm’s growing reputation as a leading international law firm headquartered in Cambridge UK – Europe’s innovation capital – and operating from offices in London and Singapore.

Says Mobas MD Rob Bryant, “Working with Taylor Vinters on this brand project has been a great experience and it has been a pleasure to be part of shaping the overall brand – from culture to visual representation to digital presence. The brand that’s been created is vibrant and engaging and perfectly represents Taylor Vinters today and in the future. The brand has been created to align with the firm’s overall business objectives and long-term strategy. We have pushed the boundaries of both the brand and the digital presence within Taylor Vinters’ commercial space. It certainly isn’t what you would expect from a law firm, but then again Taylor Vinters isn’t just your average law firm... We are extremely proud to be a partner of Taylor Vinters and to have helped them shape the future of their brand.”

Says Taylor Vinters CEO Matt Meyer: “Our new corporate identity of freshness and vitality reflects our growing team of entrepreneurially-minded and ambitious people, who share a clear vision and a strong personality of energy, enthusiasm and excellence toward our clients.”

The Mobas rebrand included the creation of a new Taylor Vinters’ logo, which features the firm’s Ts and Vs set into an asterisk – denoting excellence in its field and a broad international scope of expertise – particularly in the areas of technology, investment and private clients – illustrated in a range of vibrant, cool refreshing colours and creatively placed on its new website and across its marketing collateral.

The new logo replaces the rectangular black and purple logo that had represented the law firm for the past 15 years.
