Mobas named RAR TOP 100 agency outside London 2011

Mobas named RAR TOP 100 agency outside London 2011

Cambridge-based company Mobas, one of the fastest growing integrated agencies in the East of England, has been named by the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) as a top 100 agency outside London

Presented by The Drum, the RAR Awards acknowledge service excellence from marketing companies. This year, Mobas has been selected as one of its top 100 agencies outside the M25.

The results are determined by a set of criteria that includes profitability, growth and efficiency, highlighting agencies that are the most efficiently run businesses.

Says RAR Director Diane Young: “We look at the strongest businesses, which is an important consideration for clients who are considering committing their budgets. In order to be considered at all, agencies must be highly rated by their clients and so must be recommended at the time of the survey”.

“We are thrilled to be designated an RAR Top 100 Agency”, says Rob Bryant, managing director of Mobas. “We believe our clients have recognised our commitment to their needs, which includes high levels of service and creative output. We are very pleased that RAR, in conjunction with The Drum, has recognised that Mobas – an integrated brand, design, digital and PR agency – continues to deliver successful and measurable campaigns for the brands we represent”.

The competition this year was fierce, according to RAR, with 749 agencies outside London eligible to be included in the Top 100 survey, a considerable increase on last year.

The Recommended Agency Register states: “Agencies that make the RAR Top 100 are great companies. Already very highly thought of by their clients, they are also extremely good at running their businesses. Both of these attributes are highly sought after by clients looking to work with the best marketing suppliers”.

Mobas designs Global Greetings for Novotel hotels

Cambridge-based integrated agency Mobas is selected by Novotel to communicate greetings across 90 countries.

For the fourth consecutive year, Mobas has achieved the international brief to create a seasonal greetings card design for global hotel group, Novotel Hotels.

The chosen concept – A magical time of year – has been designed for instant brand recognition with a global message for printed greetings cards and as an online e-card with a link to animation.

AGENCY MASTERCLASS

Mobas presents a rare insider look at an integrated agency

MD, Robin Bryant, and Director of Strategy and Branding, James Wheatcroft, took to the stage to share insights of agency life with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and provide a unique view of the creative marketing world from ‘the other side of the counter’.

The theme for the evening highlighted how agencies need to change and ever evolve, or die! Content and discussion included all subjects, from trends and future forecasting – scoping the next big thing, to a fascinating flashback of how the agency world has developed in a constantly changing climate – financially, digitally and creatively.

The presentation also took a humorous look at a day in the life of an integrated agency while providing some sound advice on achieving the most from the agency selection process and how best to work with your agency.

The CIM audience was further impressed with Mobas’ refreshing approach when Robin and James went on to share aspects of the ‘Mobas way’ of working with clients as an extension of their marketing teams. Taking agency services to another level, they revealed that some of their account managers have desks permanently in-situ at client offices so they can be on-hand and integrated.

Terry Nicklin, Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Cambridge Branch, said: “Working in a variety of media, from digital to advertising and branding, puts Cambridge agency Mobas in the perfect position to share its insights into the latest integrated marketing communications.

“This was a rare opportunity to hear the view from the ‘other side’. Robin and James gave us some great insights into industry life and made people think about what they expect from agency relationships.”

Carter Jonas appoints Mobas for major property development

Carter Jonas appoints Mobas for major property development

Leading Cambridge-based agency, Mobas, is to create a brand and marketing strategy for the Stratford Park new homes development.

Carter Jonas is the sole estate agent representing the Stratford Park project, a prestigious housing development in Milton Keynes. The site, which is in excess of 300 homes, is the product of a collaboration between three property development giants. Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes and David Wilson Homes have joined forces to create Stratford Park.

Mobas has been appointed to create the development brand for use across all media channels and for producing the marketing strategy behind the development. This strategy will be rolled out over four years and will be visible across multiple media channels from digital activity to outdoor and mobile media.

Robin Bryant, Managing Director of Mobas said: “Being appointed by Carter Jonas, one of the UK’s leading estate agents is an honour. The appointment is one that Mobas is very proud of. Creating a brand for a new community is a real responsibility. We are working very closely with Carter Jonas to ensure the right brand message is deployed for this development.”

Zoe Davies, Senior Associate and New Homes Manager for Carter Jonas said: “While the calibre of Mobas’ work was a given, what impressed us was the consultancy’s grasp of the complexity of client relationships when it comes to new homes. From the off, Mobas seemed to understand that new developments need their own identity but that the brands of developers have to be respected too, particularly so at Stratford Park which is a consortium of large volume house builders, all with established and distinct corporate IDs. The MOBAS team are flexible in responding to an evolving brief and smart enough to appreciate that Carter Jonas’s role in new homes marketing is deeper than that of just a sales agent.”

Cambridge Marketing Review is launched

CAMBRIDGE MARKETING REVIEW IS LAUNCHED

Cambridge Marketing Review, a new professional journal of marketing, celebrates its launch issue this July.

Cambridge Marketing Review is a practitioners’ journal, predominantly directed at marketers in middle to senior management roles to assist them in their efforts to do a better job. The publication aims to promote thoughtful debate through the consideration of contemporary research and ideas, and reflection on accepted practices.

Marketing, as a sector, does not command the respect it deserves. This is illustrated by the limited numbers of marketers on the boards of major companies and the widespread lack of understanding of the crucial importance of marketing. The absence of a high quality marketing journal is both a cause and symptom of this. Cambridge Marketing Review hopes therefore to provide the basis for the future acceptance of marketing as a business fundamental and a respected career option.

Issue one features articles on a wide range of marketing topics. These include brand building the Pixar way, an in-depth profile of Mobas (the brand, digital and design agency), a look at the future impact of digital payment technologies, and a special section on providing real customer value. Featuring thought-provoking content from Laurie Young, Peter Fisk, Malcolm McDonald and Paul Fifield, the first issue of Cambridge Marketing Review sets the tone for the editions to come.

If you would like to subscribe to Cambridge Marketing Review at a cost of £100 per annum, please contact the publishing editor, Chris Burgess, by emailing chrisb@marketingcollege.com. Discounts are available on multiple subcriptions. A digital edition of the journal will be available later this year. Alumni and delegates of Cambridge Marketing College will receive a physical copy of each issue.

Cambridge Marketing Review is released quarterly by the publishing arm of Cambridge Marketing College, Cambridge Marketing Press. The College has taught professional qualifications for the last 20 years, and has built a reputation for quality and success.

Cambridge Marketing College offers a range of qualifications accredited by the CIM, CAM, MRS and CIPR, and has pioneered a range of specialist courses for Agri & Rural Businesses, Arts, B2B, Charities, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Services and Sports Marketers. Flexible study options, high-quality tuition from practising marketing and PR professionals, and consistently high pass rates make Cambridge Marketing College the best place to develop the skills to progress in your career.

Countryside Properties Appoints Mobas For Flagship Website Project

COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTIES APPOINTS MOBAS FOR FLAGSHIP WEBSITE PROJECT

Mobas creates Mann Island website to launch luxury living in Liverpool

Having built what is currently being hailed as one of Liverpool’s most stunning living spaces this century; Countryside Properties has assigned Mobas to design the digital development of its high-profile Mann Island project.

A must-have address, Mann Island is set to become a recognised aspect of the city’s famous skyline. The website created by Mobas works to showcase this landmark location on the waterside, overlooking the Albert Dock, sharing the famous skyline with Mann Island and the Three Graces.

The Mobas digital team brief was to create a website that would replicate the development style in a totally unique, informative and effective way: a desirable destination, built for the future with chic architecture and modern high-spec design.

Sales Director for Countryside Properties, Peter Vella, comments: “Mobas followed the brief exactly and we are delighted with the result. The new Mann Island website is a true reflection of the development; it’s on-brand with modern design, advanced technology and interactive elements. The Mobas digital team has created a great sales tool”.

The website for contemporary living has been created as an extremely functional asset. It enables prospective buyers to receive a vast amount of information regarding the overall development and individual properties. The site offers extensive information including a floor plan for each apartment and surrounding areas. Head of Digital Marketing at Mobas, Theo Pantazi, says: “The site has an excellent content management system (CMS) which allows Countryside Properties control over the plot’s availability status. To see its functionality you can view each side of the buildings in 2D and then select the apartment you would like more information on”.

Mobas creates Radical rebrand for the Cambridge Building Society

MOBAS CREATES RADICAL REBRAND FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BUILDING SOCIETY

Integrated brand, design, digital and PR agency Mobas heralds a brand evolution for The Cambridge at a pivotal time in the Society’s history

Spring 2011 sees the unveiling of The Cambridge for the future following a significant rebranding journey undertaken by Mobas to drive the traditional brand forward and strengthen its position in a fierce financial landscape.

Early stages of the new brand identity demanded extensive market research, forward-thinking creative concepts and the involvement of existing members. Anonymous focus group events were held in order to gain valuable insight and ensure that The Cambridge could truly deliver what people really want and that Mobas could communicate the culture change and drive the message home.

The outcome was overwhelming and has been integral to the shaping of the business strategy and rebranding process. Customers called for a confident fresh look: something vibrant that reflects optimism and a positive approach, far friendlier than a faceless bank, yet still with all the relevant products essential to local communities. Mobas set to work on a radical rebrand by embracing the research and encompassing a complete marketing mix from creative concept to public relations.

Mark Smitheringale, Head of Sales and Marketing at The Cambridge Building Society said: “The rebrand is already proving to be a great success, with positive feedback from staff and customers of The Cambridge. The new vibrant logo reflects the future of the Society and our vision to move forward and become far more visible in the local area. Mobas took our brief and created a concept that will communicate this vision and give us the prominence that we need to expand our business, whilst continuing to satisfy the needs of our existing customers. We foresee that the new brand will go from strength to strength and will help to open up exciting new opportunities for The Cambridge”.

Commenting on the project, Sonia Lawrence, Client Development Director for Mobas, said: “We started in June last year, with a series of workshops to analyse the marketplace and set the brand strategy for The Cambridge – at that point in time we had no idea what the final brand identity would look like. We’re delighted with the vibrant, professional and welcoming new look. Needless to say, the positive and collaborative relationship with the teams at The Cambridge has made the entire process a pleasure”.

The launch to celebrate the bold new rebrand saw a ‘live reveal’ in the centre of Cambridge where key business leaders, members of the press, the Mayor and High Sherriff all witnessed the unveiling of The Cambridge for the future. It was a night to remember and Hellena Barnes, Head of PR at Mobas, who worked alongside the Marketing Team at The Cambridge to help coordinate the launch event at Emmanuel College, said: “A live unveiling in the heart of the city was indeed thrilling; there was a real sense of anticipation and the evening was a phenomenal success. These are exciting times for The Cambridge and we are truly honoured to be part of their journey”.

Mobas ticks all the boxes for Cambridge Building Society as it exceeds £30m mortgage sale target

MOBAS TICKS ALL THE BOXES FOR CAMBRIDGE BUILDING SOCIETY AS IT EXCEEDS £30M MORTGAGE SALE TARGET

At a time when the general perception is that banks are unwilling to lend, it is refreshing to find out that a local building society is proving everyone wrong with a mortgage offer for ‘wherever you are on the property ladder’.

The Cambridge Building Society has just completed a six-week mortgage sale campaign during which it sold more than £30 million worth of mortgages to homebuyers in and around the region.

The campaign, created by
integrated agency Mobas, was designed with the double objective of driving
sales and bringing about a more personable profile for Cambridge Building
Society thanks to a fluffy, blue character: Mr Tick.

“We
were appointed by Cambridge Building Society following a business pitch in
April 2010 and immediately started work on a spring mortgage sale campaign
introducing Mr Tick, which went live in May”, said Mobas Client
Development Director Sonia Lawrence. “This
first campaign went very well. It reached its sales target and changed the
society’s image in people’s minds. It gave Cambridge Building Society a more
approachable and endearing persona, placing it at the heart of the community
while signalling to the borrowers that they are making the right choice –
ticking the right box.

“The
autumn campaign used the momentum created by the spring campaign and expanded
the Mr Tick concept to a whole group of characters impersonating a range of
products for homebuyers at different levels of the property ladder.”

Mr Tick and friends appeared
on window graphics, posters and leaflets in all the society’s branches and on
branded Smart cars. Ads were placed throughout the city and in the surrounding
villages, on TV screens inside Park&Ride buses and on the King’s Cross to
King’s Lynn train line. Mobas also helped develop the sponsorship of Star
Radio’s Star Money programme.

Mark Smitheringale, Head of Sales
& Marketing at the Cambridge Building Society, commented: “This campaign was a real success, with Cambridge
Building Society’s mortgage sales reaching more than £34 million over the six-week
period – 114% of our target.

“What
worked particularly well was Mobas’s use of a broad range of media to reach a
wider audience and direct them to The
Cambridge, thereby allowing us to deliver our exciting range of mortgage
products, personal underwriting criteria and first-class customer service.

“And the Mr
Tick concept was particularly successful – so much so that we used the mascot
for a series of stunts around Cambridge”.

PEM powers up to mark 135 years of success

PEM powers up to mark 135 years of success

Peters Elworthy & Moore launches a powerful media campaign to celebrate 135 years as one of the leading independent firms of accountants in Cambridge.

Individuals and businesses in East
Anglia have been benefiting from PEM’s expert audit, accountancy,
taxation and business advisory services, as well as helping private
clients, since 1875 – but many have kept this secret close to their
chests.

As research has revealed, PEM hasn’t been seen to be blowing its own trumpet about its successes and those of the clients it has helped. Recently however, the firm decided to reveal its ‘superpowers’ to the region via a high profile advertising campaign.

The ‘superpowers’ adverts were rolled out in the press reaching maximum impact at one of the city’s most prominent positions with a giant 96-sheet billboard poster on Hills Road Bridge in Cambridge.

The compelling campaign and proactive PR drive, undertaken by integrated Cambridge-based agency Mobas, outlines PEM’s ability to offer the skills and expertise of a large national firm but without the big firm price tag.

Paul Chapman, Managing Partner at PEM, said: “We have a powerful force of expertise, experience and history behind us, which can empower our clients in this uncertain climate with the knowledge, tools and support to grow their business and personal financial strategies.”

The concept is based on people power: having a strong accountancy firm behind you can provide crucial business muscle during recessionary times. Although a little tongue-in-cheek (accountancy is not generally viewed to be an exhilarating exercise), this campaign certainly demonstrates the power behind PEM’s specialist teams and how this power can bring value to their clients. When margins are tight and budgets cut, timely and cost effective advice from experienced and knowledgeable teams who really understand your business and the local economy can make all the difference.

Head of Marketing at PEM Pippa Corbett added: “Our powerful teams of business advisers have extensive knowledge in both the compliance areas of accountancy and taxation, as well as in business planning, corporate finance, wealth management, recovery, IT support and we have bureaux such as Virtual Finance Office and payroll."

“There is really no need to look further afield when a powerful force is right here on your doorstep. Individuals and businesses alike should therefore not hesitate to challenge us with their specific requirements, as we have plenty of superpowers in store to surprise them and exceed their expectations!”

Mobas to the rescue with a helping of CHIPS

MOBAS TO THE RESCUE WITH A HELPING OF CHIPS

When the Children’s Integrated Playschemes (CHIPS) charity needed a website for free, it called upon the web wizards at Mobas to wave their magic wand.

Created for youngsters aged three to 19 with additional needs, CHIPS offers crucial support to over 200 families in East Herts and Broxbourne by providing play and social opportunities for children and their siblings. CHIPS has come a long way since its launch as a pilot project in 1994, when it was developed by a group of parents working together with far-sighted social workers, which is why the charity’s Chair, Matt Cooper, contacted Mobas, the Cambridge-based integrated agency. Matt said: “Mobas helped us to realise our full online potential, opening our eyes to what we can offer now and in the years to come. We look forward to a long and bright future with our online presence in the safe hands of Mobas”.

Matt Cooper continues: “I approached Mobas as I felt that the charity had reached the point in its growth where it needed a strong website to support activities and fundraising. From my initial meeting right through to completion, it was clear that Mobas had a real passion for their work, and were extremely proactive in helping us develop plans for the website. Within weeks, the website had gone from specification to working concept, and soon after that we were uploading content!

“The system used to drive the website is superb – it allows us to completely manage all of the content while maintaining a professional and exciting looking website through the templates that were developed for us. For a fast-moving charity, it is important that we can make instant changes to the site, from using it to have rolling and constantly updating fundraising totals, through to sending out emergency information when the schemes are in operation such as adverse weather notifications. All of this simply would not be practical if we had to contact the designer every time content needed changing.

“Overall Mobas has been incredible; the skill and level of service has far exceeded any expectations we could have even dreamed of. Not only has Mobas helped us realise our vision for our website, but even helped us discover new ways that we can support the parents, carers and children through the internet. The help that Mobas offered did not stop at the website alone, they have helped us in so many other ways too: they offered us priceless branding advice and a very special relationship that we value above all”.

Cambridge Building Society makes a shrewd investment in Mobas

Cambridge Building Society makes a shrewd investment in Mobas

Leading Cambridge-based
brand, design and digital agency, Mobas, has secured a significant four-year
contract with Cambridge Building Society.

The
successful outcome for Mobas was the result of a month-long, three-stage pitch
process, which saw four top agencies contending to present creative concepts
and strategies to the board of directors.

Mobas
will now take responsibility for all lead creative direction and day-to-day
activity whilst working closely with the existing marketing team to progress
the Cambridge Building Society brand.

Mobas’ first campaign for Cambridge
Building Society, The May Mortgage Sale, has introduced a bolder, more
confident design for the brand and utilised new channels such as the Mortgage
Lounge Roadshow, alongside the more traditional means of communication. It
certainly seems to be working well, as mortgage enquiries have tripled since it
began.

The
Cambridge Building Society is an independent, local, mutual society established
since 1850. With branches in Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, Soham and St Ives, plus
a further 11 outlets in surrounding villages, its strong local focus provides
mortgage and savings products throughout the region.

Carole Charter, Marketing
Manager at the Cambridge Building Society, comments, “We were delighted with Mobas’ response to our briefs and hugely
impressed with their creative depth, experience and the speed with which they
were able to gain a solid understanding of our business and market sector. The
Society has some exciting projects coming up throughout the year and we’re
looking forward to working closely with the team at Mobas”.

Peter
Chaloner, Client Services Director for Mobas, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be appointed by Cambridge Building
Society. It was encouraging to hear that the strategy and creative we presented
during our pitch was completely relevant and in line with their future plans”.

Mobas puts iconic Cambridge properties on the market

Mobas, one of the fastest growing brand, design and digital agencies in the East of England, has been appointed by independent estate agent, TuckerGardner, to relocate its position and mark 21 years in the property sales and letting business.

The brand evolution, which encompasses a complete marketing mix from creative concept to public relations, sees the launch of a bold advertising campaign featuring some of Cambridgeshire’s most famous landmarks. This is currently being rolled out in the press, but will reach maximum impact at two of the city’s most prominent positions as giant 48-sheet billboard posters, to be unveiled this summer and thought to be a first for Cambridge.

One poster features King’s College with a ‘For Sale’ sign, carrying the slogan Unimaginable, but if King’s were ever sold, we’d like to think they’d use us. Likewise with Ely Cathedral and The Fitzwilliam Museum, implying that should these iconic buildings ever be available on the market, perhaps the vendors would engage the services of Cambridge’s local estate agent TuckerGardner.

Robin Bryant, Managing Director of Mobas, said: "Mobas is really pleased to have the opportunity to work with one of the leading estate agents in East Anglia, an estate agent that isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of the property market. Evolving the TuckerGardner brand and working with the team to utilise a full marketing mix has been an exciting and hugely rewarding project. We believe that the campaign, which is being deployed across Cambridgeshire, will serve the TuckerGardner ethos perfectly today and for the future, in what is an ever-changing sector. The beauty of this creative campaign is that it has been achieved by listening to the general public’s views and opinions, not only of TuckerGardner, but of estate agents in general."

Mobas launches global toiletries brand for Novotel Hotels

Mobas launches global toiletries brand for Novotel Hotels

Mobas finished 2008 with an exciting, fresh new
project for Novotel Hotels. Working with the Global Marketing Team in
Paris, Mobas created the brand communication and launch items for
Novotel’s new (N) range of eco-friendly toiletries that will be
launched in over 60 countries across the globe.

Mobas conceived a suite of marketing materials that are to be used
in an adapt-and-adopt style by Novotel marketing teams across the
world. The communication ensures ongoing consistency of the brand
across hugely varying marketplaces.

The brand was created using aspirational imagery that expresses the
natural core elements of the product range. Launch items include a
two-minute brand video, exhibition stand, customer brochures and
operational items to brief Novotel staff on the new product line.

As the leading creative agency for Novotel Hotels in the UK, Mobas has
developed an in-depth and enviable understanding of the hospitality
industry. Mobas has also worked on several of Accor Hospitality’s other
brands including Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis as well as
creating corporate material for Accor Hospitality itself.

“Mobas’ ability to fully understand a brief and the client’s
requirements has enabled us to create powerful brand communication in
record time, getting it right first time!” said James Wheatcroft,
Senior Account Manager at Mobas.

“It’s a real pleasure to work with Mobas,” said Caroline Llopis,
Communication Manager, Novotel Global Marketing. “They have the
capacity to understand instantly the brand’s brief – and more. They can
interpret the client’s unspoken thoughts and their first presentations
hit the mark: modern, fitting the requirements, suited to individual
hotels – and very fast. They always surprise me! And with Novotel, an
international brand, it’s really interesting to work with an English
agency for a truly global vision.”

Mobas continues to supply the National Blood Service

Continuing a long-standing relationship Mobas,
the Cambridge-based advertising agency, has been appointed by the
National Blood Service to create their ‘In Advance’ campaign
literature. This will be produced and distributed in conjunction with
the ‘In Advance’ television campaign which launched in early July.

The theme of the campaign is that you never know when someone may
need blood so any donation is gratefully received. The campaign’s aim
is to encourage more people to give blood and promote the ease with
which they can register to donate. The main call to action throughout
this campaign has been to direct people to the website rather than
heavily promoting the telephone number as society gradually becomes
much more ‘web savvy’.

“We are delighted to be involved with such an important and
prominent campaign for the National Blood Service,” said Greg Bryant,
Account Manager for the NBS at Mobas. “We fully appreciate and support

make up the agency, but also in our client base. It proved that Mobas
is truly a team that produces the goods, and is more than happy to play
with the big boys. We’ve got off to a good start this year with a
string of account wins that we can be proud of. We all work incredibly

Cambridge ad agency wins major hotel group contract

Global hotel group Accor Hotels has appointed Cambridge-based integrated communications agency Mobas to work on the Novotel brand in the UK.

Mobas will act as the lead marketing agency in the UK and will help Novotel roll out their 2007 brand and marketing strategy.

Mobas was offered the opportunity to pitch for the 2007 contract at the end of 2006. After a comprehensive research period Mobas presented their response to the brief and were awarded the contract on the strength of the creativity and understanding of requirements demonstrated, together with the agency’s breadth of services and admin support.

“This is proof that Global brands needn’t only consider London agencies. We are thrilled to be appointed as lead agency for such a prestigious account,” said Peter Chaloner, Client Services Director, Mobas.

Over the coming months Mobas will be working closely with the Novotel marketing team to help reposition the Novotel brand, increase levels of brand awareness and ultimately increase occupancy rates throughout the 32 UK hotels. Initial items of hotel-specific literature are already in production.

Smart work by Mobas

Smart work by Mobas

Mobas, the Cambridge-based advertising agency, has recently created a new advertising campaign for RNM Systems, the intelligent workspace management company.

The ads were produced to increase awareness levels of the benefits of introducing smart working within the workplace. Research shows that more and more staff work away from the office and that in some cases companies may only be running at 60% occupancy. RNM Systems’ product,
named Condeco, is a desk and meeting room booking software that maximises the best use of office space by effectively managing flexible desks, hot desks and meeting rooms. This increases profitability but at the same time reduces the company’s carbon footprint.

In addition Mobas will be rolling out new corporate literature and product datasheets to support the campaign.

Barratt Homes moves to digital marketing

Construction and property development group Barratt Homes has stepped up its web presence by commissioning Mobas to help them develop their digital marketing strategy.

After the successful launch of development-specific microsites for Barratt Homes East London, Mobas was referred to the Eastern Counties division. Mobas initially developed this microsite strategy for East London who saw a dramatic increase in traffic and customer sales enquiries. Mobas then presented its strategy and recommendations to Eastern Counties and were subsequently appointed to handle all interactive work for the division.

The microsites will all have their own advanced content management systems and will be rolled out over the next year. The new microsites will promote new housing developments within the South East.

Each new site will be simple and easy to use, allowing the visitors to quickly find the information they want within a few clicks. The sites will showcase each new development’s individual proposition.

Mobas will be measuring all activity on the sites, providing Barratt with detailed analysis of traffic volumes and ultimately enquiries.

Knowledge Solutions appoints Mobas for brand overhaul

Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd, the Royston-based software company, has appointed Mobas to help them roll out their new brand in 2007. The contract was awarded this week after Mobas successfully won a three-way pitch.

Knowledge Solutions develops and markets a range of software designed to support business process change and the transfer, and management, of knowledge from those who know to those who need to know.
Knowledge Solutions offers software and services to meet these needs.

The re-branding exercise will help Knowledge Solutions simplify their brand architecture and reposition themselves. The work will be rolled out through all company literature and a new website which will launch at the end of January 2007.

"We are thrilled to be awarded these projects and are 100% confident that the new brand will help Knowledge Solutions position themselves as leaders and innovators in their respective field," said Peter Chaloner, Client Services Director, Mobas.

Earlier this month Knowledge Solutions announced the acquisition of over 30% of the shares of Enlight International AB (publ), a leading, publicly-traded provider of knowledge assurance solutions. The new identity will give Knowledge Solutions the power and confidence it deserves to reinforce its position as an industry leader.
