Challenge
Transversal are a market-leading tech knowledge management company based in Cambridge, UK. They provide online solutions to help improve efficiencies within call and contact centres. Their software is based on a technically sophisticated online natural language searchable knowledge-base.

Mobas was appointed to scope, redesign and develop their new website. A key aspect of the brief was to convey ‘prescience’. The design needed to be forward-thinking, clean, cutting-edge and tech-positioned.

Strategy
In collaboration with the client we identified audiences and created user stories for each segment to fulfil the website objectives:

  • Validation tool: a reference point and shop window for prospects to learn about the company, services and products offered by Transversal
  • Lead generation, tracking and conversion: to generate qualified and segmented leads for the sales team. We utilised gated content to incentivise data capture. All leads were tracked as goal completions and shared with client sales teams
  • Provide information/education: key audience needs were identified. Content was curated with audiences in mind to clearly communicate, educate and encourage visitor interaction
  • Support resellers: through providing them with comprehensive pre- and post-sales information

Results
We considered our audience’s needs and our client’s objectives. We have delivered an unquestionably visually stunning and creative website. What’s more, the website is generating a considerably higher volume of leads through improved content, SEO and user experience.
