Branding a new property development

Challenge

Estate agents and property consultants Carter Jonas tasked Mobas with producing the sales and marketing information packs for their new homes division, incorporating a selection of developments. The challenge, as always, is to create a look and feel for each development that both perfectly reflects the development style and also targets the relevant purchasers. For Stratford Park, a site developed by Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Bellway Homes, we had to produce a unifying brand and all supporting marketing materials, printed and digital.

Strategy

Mobas worked with Carter Jonas, the developers and architects to truly understand the customer groups being targeted, the local area and the development’s architectural style.

We spent time in the local area to get a bearing on what would work for the new development, which guided the deliverables. We then crafted and presented a selection of creative options for Carter Jonas to choose from. Once the creative route was decided, Mobas oversaw the entire process through to final delivery of the marketing materials. A strong brand was created for Stratford Park which represented the development and served as a lead brand for all three developers.

Results

Sales targets were met and properties were sold within the target timeframe.
