Mobas shortlisted for four PR and Social Media awards

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the east of England has announced the shortlist for its PRide Awards 2018. The annual awards celebrate the PR successes across all regions of the UK and Mobas leads the pack in Cambridge, having been shortlisted for four awards.

The CIPR is a professional body for all PR practitioners in the United Kingdom at all levels and in all sectors. Now in their 15th year, the Awards recognise outstanding practice across the UK.

In previous years, Mobas has been successful in scooping Gold and Silver awards. This time around, the Cambridge-based agency has been shortlisted in four categories including Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy; Best Use of Social Media; Best Construction Campaign; and Best Use of Media Relations.

Adam Tuckwell, Client Partnership Director and Head of PR at Mobas, said “It’s fantastic to see the team’s achievements recognised by the awards’ judges. The awards have always been hotly contested, so it’s great to see Mobas reaching the shortlist in so many categories. We thrive on delivering high-quality campaigns for our clients, and we hugely look forward to the awards ceremony later this year”.

Sarah Hall ChartPR, FCIPR, CIPR President, said “The number of entries we received this year is a testament to the strength of regional public relations practice. The shortlisted work also demonstrates the strategic value of PR when aligned with organisational objectives. I look forward to celebrating with some of our PRide Awards winners at ceremonies later this year”.

The awards ceremony will take place in the Cambridge Guildhall on the 15th November. Full shortlists for all regions can be found here
