New leadership structure for Mobas

Mobas, The Transformation Business, has announced a new leadership structure to help accelerate the firm’s growth.

Having bolstered its leadership team at the turn of the year with the appointment of John Adamson as Non-Executive Chairman, Mobas today unveiled a new-look leadership team to complement the agency’s enhanced brand proposition, which was revealed last month.

The new leadership structure will see Mobas’ joint owners Robin Bryant and Peter Chaloner take on newly established roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Digital Officer. Robin’s new role will see him continue to set the agency’s future direction, encompassing strategy, vision and proposition while working on the business as its lead ambassador and continuing to support and build upon existing relationships. Peter’s role reflects the firm’s ambitions for growth in its website development and digital capabilities. Peter will own the digital portfolio for Mobas, overseeing and leading digital innovation projects and the broader digital development function.

Long-serving Director Adam Tuckwell has been promoted to Managing Director to oversee the agency’s team and drive organisational success. Adam will be supported in this role by an enhanced leadership team, including Shelby Haslam, Mobas’ Strategy Director, and Lorna Hopkins, who has been promoted to be Mobas’ Client Director. Shelby and Lorna will be working to ensure that Mobas continues to deliver the very best for clients.

Chairman John Adamson supported the changes, commenting, “Over the last 19 years, Mobas has established itself as a business that helps to achieve transformation by offering successful brand and business solutions. To ensure we continue to innovate and deliver excellence for our clients, we are continually reviewing our structure and processes to ensure we can deliver the best possible work.

“The new leadership structure and roles give the firm the perfect footing to achieve its ambitious plan for growth and comes as part of a more comprehensive programme which has seen the award-winning firm unveil an optimised proposition and recruit several new team members to align to the future needs and requirements of our enviable client list.”
