Reassurance starts with presence
Project overview
East Anglian Air Ambulance partnered with Mobas to create an awareness campaign capable of connecting with communities across the region through a clear and emotionally resonant message.
The objective was to build a flexible campaign platform that could communicate the value of the service consistently across multiple channels and audiences. The campaign needed to reinforce trust, increase awareness and create a recognisable identity that could evolve over time.
Through strategic insight and creative development, the campaign was designed to balance emotional impact with clarity and adaptability.
Defining the challenge
EAAA provides a critical emergency service, but many people may never directly encounter it. The challenge was to communicate the importance and presence of the service in a way that felt immediate, relevant and emotionally authentic.
The messaging also needed to remain flexible enough to support multiple campaign executions across different communities, formats and situations, while maintaining a strong and recognisable identity.
Success depended on creating a campaign that could reassure audiences, strengthen trust and reinforce the role EAAA plays across the region every day.
Strategy and solution
The strategy began by identifying the emotional core of the service: reassurance, speed and presence during moments of urgent need.
From this insight, a flexible campaign platform was developed around the line “We’ll be right there.” The phrase worked both as a leading message and a sign-off, creating a natural and emotionally powerful connection to the service EAAA provides.
The creative approach focused on simplicity and authenticity. The messaging was designed to feel human and familiar, echoing the instinctive reassurance people offer during moments of crisis.
The flexibility of the platform allowed multiple headlines and executions to sit beneath the same overarching message, enabling the campaign to adapt across out-of-home advertising, social media and radio while remaining cohesive and instantly recognisable.
The campaign delivered a clear and consistent message that strengthened emotional connection across communities throughout East Anglia.
By grounding the work in a natural and human phrase, the campaign avoided overly corporate healthcare messaging and instead focused on reassurance and immediacy. This helped create stronger audience recognition and emotional resonance across all touchpoints.
The flexible framework also ensured the campaign could continue evolving over time, supporting future awareness activity while maintaining consistency and clarity.
