- Rob founded Mobas in 2003 and has over 20 years’ experience blending brand and business to drive growth for global, complex organisations. He has led strategy for major brands including GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Tesco, Pepsi and KLM, and now also works as a Non-Executive Director and mentor across multiple sectors.

- With a strong focus on brand strategy and client stewardship, Shelby embeds insight-led thinking across Mobas. With experience spanning blue-chip brands including Mastercard, Warner Bros and Del Monte, she helps organisations of all sizes build clear, actionable growth strategies.

- Ellie leads digital and brand design across the agency, overseeing studio operations and team management while acting as a brand guardian to ensure consistency, quality and creative excellence across all client work.
Adam Tuckwell

- Responsible for client experience, digital strategy and agency leadership, Adam drives growth, profitability and retention with a strong emphasis on care and quality. MBA-qualified, he brings senior leadership experience from blue-chip organisations including Cambridge University Press and Jagex.
