The University of Cambridge is one of the world’s most respected academic institutions, attracting learners, researchers and organisations from across the globe. To strengthen digital engagement and improve user experience across key platforms, the University partnered with Mobas to deliver a series of strategic and creative digital projects supporting colleges, venues and online learning initiatives.
Challenge
The University needed to:

Approach
Mobas combined research, stakeholder interviews and digital audits to understand user needs, organisational aims and platform challenges.
