Double promotion in Client Service team

Huge congratulations to two of our Client Experience team, Ella Pickering and Harvey Fielden, who have been promoted, effective immediately.

As Group Account Director Ellen Chesterman says: “I am VERY pleased to announce the promotion of two of our lovely Mobees – Harvey and Ella.

“Both of them have shown exceptional commitment, passion, and hard work in their roles as Junior Account Managers, delivering countless numbers of successful projects for our clients.

“Harvey and Ella will now be stepping into the role of Account Managers, effective immediately. We’re looking forward to seeing them continue to go from strength to strength, in their new positions!”

Harvey said: “I am really proud to step into the role of Account Manager and continue building strong, strategic relationships with a range of clients.”

“My journey in this agency has been incredibly rewarding, and this promotion reflects not only my hard work, but also the incredible collaboration and help from the wider Mobas team. Thanks to everyone for their continued support, and I look forward to driving even more impactful campaigns and projects in the coming months, contributing to the agency’s ongoing success.”

Ella added: “Being promoted to Account Manager is an exciting milestone in my career, three years on from joining Mobas as a year in industry, as part of my course. I’m delighted to be able to climb the Mobas ranks, and eager to leverage my experience and creativity to continue delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

“This new role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead projects and client activity, that align with our agency’s audience-first vision and values, and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

Congratulations both, from all at Mobas!

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
