One group. Six brands. Shared direction.

Project overview

Trust Alliance Group partnered with Mobas to clarify its positioning and create a cohesive brand identity capable of supporting the organisation’s long-term ambitions.

The objective went beyond creating a new visual identity. TAG needed a distinctive brand platform that could align its people around a shared direction, strengthen how the organisation was perceived externally and provide the flexibility required for future growth.

Strategy and creative development worked hand in hand, creating a suite of brands that could be consistently expressed across digital communications, marketing materials, physical environments and internal touchpoints.

Defining the challange

TAG needed greater clarity around what it stood for, the value it delivered and how that story should be communicated to different audiences.

In a competitive marketplace, inconsistent messaging and brand expression made it harder to build a distinctive and recognisable presence. Internally, the organisation also needed a clearer framework that teams could understand, embrace and apply consistently.

The opportunity was therefore much bigger than a visual refresh. Success meant creating a brand with strategic substance: one that could communicate with greater confidence and relevance while providing a clear foundation for everything that followed.

Strategy and Solution

The project began with insight. Through stakeholder engagement and brand exploration, we worked closely with TAG to clarify its positioning, understand audience priorities and establish a clear hierarchy for its messaging.

From this foundation, we developed a defined brand proposition alongside audience and messaging frameworks and a tone of voice aligned to TAG’s values. This created a shared strategic language for the organisation and a clear reference point for future communications.

The visual identity was then developed to bring that strategy to life. The creative approach balanced professionalism with modern confidence, creating a distinctive yet flexible system capable of working across a wide range of applications.

Every design decision considered usability and longevity. Rather than creating an identity that worked only in controlled brand environments, the system was designed to flex naturally across marketing communications, digital channels, internal materials and physical spaces.

The refreshed brand was brought to life comprehensively across the organisation, including a full office refit, launch event and wider marketing communications. This helped turn the brand from a set of guidelines into a tangible experience, creating consistency across the spaces, materials and moments where employees, stakeholders and audiences encounter TAG.

Results and impact

The project gave TAG a clearer and more confident platform from which to communicate, both internally and externally.

A defined proposition and messaging framework created stronger alignment around what the organisation stands for, while the refreshed identity introduced greater consistency and distinction across its communications.

Importantly, the breadth of the rollout helped embed the brand within the organisation itself. From the working environment to the launch experience and ongoing marketing activity, teams could see and experience the new brand rather than simply being introduced to it.

The result is a cohesive, scalable brand platform that gives TAG the clarity and flexibility to evolve its communications while maintaining a consistent identity as the organisation continues to grow.
