Ella graduates to a career with Mobas

Mobas has welcomed back a ‘new’ member to our Client Experience team who made a fantastic impression on both colleagues and clients when she first spent time with us.

Ella Pickering graduated this year from Lancaster University with a first-class honours BSc in Marketing and Design. As part of her course she had spent a ‘year in industry’ at Mobas from July 2021 to September 2022 – when she showed all the qualities of being a valuable asset to the team. So much so that we were sorry to see her return to her studies!

Ella accepted our invitation to join us full-time and has started her role as Junior Account Manager in the Client Experience team. She has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors including property, animal health and professional services.

Mobas’ Manging Director, Robin Bryant, commented: “Having Ella return to Mobas is a great pleasure and one, more importantly, to be proud of. Ella’s expertise, dedication and positive attitude have a profound impact on our team, clients and projects. We are delighted to welcome Ella back to the Mobas squad and look forward to her continued contributions and personal success!”.

And Ella is just as thrilled: “I’m so excited to be back working with the amazing Mobas team. They’ve taught me so much and I can’t wait to get stuck into some exciting new projects again”.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
