You are not alone. Millions of us have reported issues with our mental health for the first time, and we're seeing now that mental health is being talked about much more openly. Coming out of restrictions, many have managed to return to relative normality, easily and quickly. But some are not so lucky, so this year we need to ensure nobody is left behind after lockdown
Mobas’ PR and communications team will work closely with the marketing, communications and event team at the charity to raise awareness of the range of support services provided by the charity, by encouraging individuals, groups and corporate partners to arrange a walk in December to raise money for their important cause.
'Share a walk, Share the load' activity will launch in October and will run through to the walks which will be arranged between 10th and 20th December 2021.
