Mobas boosts client experience with new starters

In a double bill announcement, we’re pleased to announce the continued expansion of our team, with two more colleagues joining the Mobas family – Charlotte Woodman joins as Account Manager, while Adam Driver has joined as part-time Marketing Manager and PR Lead.

These two are experienced marketing professionals in their own fields, and will bring a range of fresh ideas and perspectives to our agency, clients and projects.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Charlotte and Adam to the Mobas squad,” said Rob Bryant, joint managing director.

“Their arrival marks a significant bolstering of our team’s capabilities, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive growth.”

“Charlotte’s understanding of client services and Adam’s extensive background in marketing and PR perfectly align with our strategic goals for the year and beyond. It’s an exciting time at Mobas as we continue to expand our expertise and explore new opportunities across a range of sectors. I am confident that Charlotte and Adam will bring a fresh perspective to our projects and help us set new benchmarks in excellence. We look forward to the innovative and transformative contributions they will undoubtedly make.”

Welcome aboard, Charlotte and Adam! Here’s to new beginnings and ambitious journeys at Mobas.

Charlotte – Account Manager, Client Services

Charlotte joins us as an Account Manager in our Client Services department. With more than five years of B2B and B2C experience in managing high-profile accounts and a First Class Honours marketing degree, Charlotte’s appointment further strengthens our Client Services offering.

Her strategic approach and keen understanding of client needs have already made her a valuable asset to our team. Charlotte is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

“I’m excited to get stuck into a broad range of projects across some really interesting sectors,” says Charlotte, who previously worked in property, construction and technology.

“I am keen to work closely alongside my new digital and creative colleagues, and interested to work more on branding and repositioning.”

Adam – Marketing Manager and PR Lead

We are equally excited to welcome Adam as our new part-time Marketing Manager and PR Lead.

Adam brings a robust background in integrated marketing communications and public relations, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

His cohesive thinking and strategic content marketing approach will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving our marketing efforts forward. Adam’s background and expertise in PR will also help us strengthen our media relations and increase our clients’ visibility in their target markets.

Adam has had an extensive and broad career, from training as a journalist, through PR and comms roles in-house and agency-side, before moving into strategic content marketing and SEO. He also continues to run his own consultancy Authentic Comms, which complements his work with Mobas.

“It’s rare you find a place that you fit in well so quickly,” says Adam, “ The right culture is an important thing for me, and a key element to collaborating with colleagues and clients alike.”

“There are a number of exciting projects I’m keen to get acquainted with, including with financial and professional services clients, and an upcoming rebrand.”

Please join us in welcoming Charlotte and Adam to the team. We are confident that their contributions will significantly impact our agency’s continued growth and success.

Welcome to the team, Charlotte and Adam! We look forward to achieving great things together.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
