Mobas internship programme helps to recruit fantastic talent

Mobas is delighted to be welcoming back Phoebe Kennard as an Account Executive – following her time with the company as an intern in 2015.

Phoebe has just completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Lancaster University where she gained a First-Class Honours degree in Marketing.

Phoebe first joined us in 2015 for a summer placement while she was in her first year of studying. Not knowing what her career path would hold some three years later, Phoebe went on to have other in-house placements during her study time.

On returning back to Mobas Phoebe said “Mobas gave me a love for agency life early on. Having worked for a huge company in-house I was lucky enough to see both sides. I love the agency environment and the friendly ‘one team’ ethos that Mobas has. I knew early on what I wanted for my first career step and I’ve got it! I’m really looking forward to getting into it and putting into practice everything that I’ve studied for”.

Jess Martin, Account Management Director, commented that “Phoebe is a wonderful addition to the Mobas team. She’s bright, confident and will fit into Mobas life very well. It just shows how having a great internship programme really helps in recruiting fantastic talent”.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
