Mobas makes the final cut in leading industry awards

Strategic marketing agency Mobas has been named as a finalist in the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) Awards.

The RAR Awards recognises outstanding results and client satisfaction from agencies based on the feedback from their clients across the UK. Mobas has been named as a finalist in the Brand Strategy category, further strengthening its position as leading strategic marketing agency.

Finalists and winners are selected based on their performance, using ratings and references from clients across all the marketing services from advertising, design and direct marketing through to PR and events. Client ratings are collected for criteria including creativity, effectiveness, strategic thinking, client service and more.

Shelby Haslam, Head of Brand and Strategy at Mobas, said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted in the Brand Strategy category of the RAR Awards. Being shortlisted for an award on the basis of client opinion is particularly pleasing. It illustrates the depth of relationship that we have with our partners, and the value that they place on our contribution to their business success.

“Strategy lies at the heart of everything that we do at Mobas, and there is a commitment across the team to deliver strategically robust campaigns across all media. We never lose sight of what we are trying to achieve, and that benefits the client and agency team enormously.”

The winners will be announced at an awards presentation ceremony at the Marriot Grosvenor Square, London on 26 April.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
