Software solutions brand transformation

On Pinetree’s brand refresh, Mobas acted as the lead brand strategy agency, shaping a new identity launched across all customer touchpoints.

Mobas is delighted to announce its appointment by software solutions company Pinetree Consulting to re-position and transform the brand.

Since 2001 Pinetree Consulting has been owned by PPG Industries, providing software and services to the automotive refinish industry. The Pinetree Consulting brand umbrellas two product sub-brands – Advance and Activeweb – which collectively provide software support to make the claim process and bodyshop management seamless for the customer, claims department and bodyshop.

Joint Managing Director, Robin Bryant, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Pinetree Consulting on such an exciting transformation project, and are very much looking forward to seeing everything come together next year”.

Brand strategy agency Mobas is currently working on the development of the Pinetree brand and rolling it out across numerous touchpoints including a new website, which we will see launch in the new year.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
