Mobas builds depth and strength with trio of strategic appointments

New starters Hannah, Cerys and Kate

Mobas continues to invest in its people and capabilities with the appointment of three new team members, further strengthening both its client services and digital marketing expertise as the agency delivers on its long-term growth strategy.

The latest appointments reflect Mobas’ ongoing commitment to attracting talented professionals who bring fresh perspectives, specialist knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Joining the Client Services team as Junior Account Executive, Hannah Sutcliffe brings enthusiasm, organisation and a client-first mindset to the growing team. Hannah will support the delivery of integrated marketing projects and help maintain the high standards of service and communication that Mobas is known for, while continuing to develop her skills across a broad range of client accounts and sectors.

Also joining the agency is Kate Weddepohl as Digital Marketing Specialist. Kate brings a wealth of experience across digital strategy and campaign delivery, with a background spanning paid media, search, content marketing and performance-driven digital activity. Her expertise further enhances Mobas’ ability to develop integrated campaigns that combine creativity with measurable commercial results, reinforcing the agency’s continued investment in deep digital capability as client expectations and market opportunities evolve.

Completing the trio of appointments, Cerys Harvey joins the Client Services team as Account Manager. Cerys brings valuable experience supporting clients across financial and professional services, alongside broader B2B marketing environments. Her understanding of stakeholder management, strategic planning and campaign delivery will help ensure clients continue to receive the collaborative, commercially focused service that underpins the Mobas approach.

Commenting on the appointments, Adam Tuckwell, Joint Managing Director of Mobas, said:

“Our business continues to grow because of the quality of our people. We’re delighted to welcome Kate, Cerys and Hannah to Mobas, each bringing complementary skills and perspectives that strengthen our ability to support ambitious brands. Investing in exceptional talent is central to our strategy, and these appointments further enhance the depth of expertise we can offer clients across strategy, creative, digital and client services.”

These latest hires represent another positive step in Mobas’ continued evolution, bolstering the agency’s capabilities while reinforcing its commitment to delivering integrated marketing solutions that help organisations engage audiences, strengthen brands and achieve sustainable growth.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
