Mobas advances its social and client services offering
The Cambridge-based strategic marketing agency has facilitated further growth with the appointment of two experienced marketers, Katie Sandell and Roseanna Davies.
Mobas has welcomed Katie Sandell as the Client Services team’s third Senior Account Manager. Katie cut her teeth on the busy London agency scene working for Elvis, as well as freelancing for Oliver and Rooster Punk. During this time Katie worked with clients such as Cadbury, Thomas Cook, Sky and Samsung to name but a few, specialising in integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across digital and social channels.
Katie has since moved to Cambridge, bringing with her a wealth of experience and qualifications including a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing and IPA certifications. She is responsible for handling some of Mobas’ key clients, combining her creative energy and well-honed expertise to provide a truly integrated experience for clients.
Katie said: “It’s no surprise that so many brands are looking to agencies outside of London to deliver their marketing campaigns. I’ve hit the ground running at Mobas and am getting a real buzz from immersing myself in new client projects. The quality of work here is outstanding and the level of energy in the office is fantastic.”
The PR and Social team has also boosted its offering, appointing Social Media Manager Roseanna Davies to take a lead on clients’ social accounts and meet the growing demand for social media marketing. Her experience in social media management is extensive, with specific interest in the agriculture and animal welfare sectors thanks to a degree in Agri Business and Marketing from Harper University including a placement year with global agricultural leader AB Agri.
More recently, Roseanna has utilised social media and digital marketing to develop a dog outfitters brand from a small start-up to a leading luxury emporium whilst working alongside the RSPCA and Pup Aid to combat the rise in puppy farms in the UK. A blog documenting the life of Roseanna’s four dogs has secured her own status as social influencer.
Roseanna said: “The importance of social media as a primary marketing channel is here to stay, and not solely for B2C brands or young audiences.
