Mobas appointed by Druces LLP to support next phase of brand and digital transformation

Mobas has been appointed by Druces LLP to develop a new brand proposition, refreshed visual identity and new website as the firm continues to deliver its long-term growth strategy.

The appointment follows a strategic review of the firm’s positioning, market presence and future ambitions, with the project designed to create a stronger, more differentiated platform for growth in an increasingly competitive legal market.

Working closely with the leadership team at Druces, Mobas will define a clear brand proposition that articulates the firm’s strengths, values and distinctive approach to client service. The project will also include the development of a refreshed visual identity and a new website designed to better reflect the firm’s expertise, support business development activity and create a more engaging digital experience for clients and prospects.

As Druces continues to evolve and expand its offering, the new brand platform will provide greater clarity and consistency across communications, helping the firm strengthen its market position while creating a foundation for future growth.

The appointment reflects Mobas’ extensive experience working with professional services organisations, including law firms and other knowledge-led businesses. Drawing on deep sector insight and an understanding of the challenges facing modern legal practices, the agency will help ensure the new brand platform supports both client engagement and commercial growth.

The work forms part of a wider transformation programme aimed at ensuring the firm’s brand, communications and digital presence fully support its commercial ambitions and long-term strategic objectives.

Robin Bryant, Founder at Mobas, commented:

Druces is a firm with a rich heritage, exceptional legal expertise and ambitious plans for the future. Having worked extensively with professional services firms, we understand the importance of creating brands that balance credibility, differentiation and commercial impact. Our role is to help articulate what makes Druces distinctive, creating a brand proposition, visual identity and digital experience that reflects both its strengths today and its aspirations for tomorrow. By bringing together strategy, brand and digital expertise, we’re creating a platform that will help support the firm’s continued growth and evolution.

Gerlad Schlagman, Head of BD and Marketing at Druces LLP, added:

As we continue to develop the firm and invest in our future, it was important for us to create a clearer and more compelling expression of who we are and where we are going. Mobas demonstrated a strong understanding of our ambitions, our culture and the opportunities within the market. We’re excited to work together to develop a proposition, identity and digital presence that better reflects the firm we are today and supports the next stage of our growth journey.

The appointment further strengthens Mobas’ growing portfolio of professional services clients. With extensive experience supporting law firms and other advisory businesses, the agency continues to help ambitious organisations align brand strategy, customer experience and digital transformation to drive long-term commercial success.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
