Dalcour Maclaren appoints Mobas to challenge the Chartered Surveyor market

Mobas is delighted to announce they have been appointed by Dalcour Maclaren, a market leading property and environmental consultancy to the utility and infrastructure sectors, after a strong period of growth.

The progressive business approached Mobas for support with a brand strategy. Whilst they have established themselves a niche within the utility and infrastructure sectors, very little marketing has been done to date and growth has been reliant on word of mouth.

Since June, Mobas has defined their brand and are now developing a 2020 marketing strategy which will provide direction for other marketing collateral and challenge the Chartered Surveyor market which will set Dalcour Maclaren apart.

Shelby Haslam, Head of Strategy at Mobas, comments: “It is fantastic to be working with such an innovative business as Dalcour Maclaren. We are all delighted to have the chance to define exactly what sets Dalcour Maclaren apart from the competition in quite a traditional marketplace.”

Andrew Barker, Director at Dalcour Maclaren, said “We are thrilled to be working with Mobas on this brand transformation project. We have big ambitions as a business and believe that Mobas will be instrumental to our success by effectively helping us to reach our audience and communicating our key points of difference within the marketplace. We’re excited to see how the new brand strategy will impact on the effectiveness of our future marketing endeavours and how the relationship between us develops.”

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
