New joint managing directors for strategic marketing agency Mobas

Peter Chaloner is Joint Managing Director of Mobas as the company further consolidates its position as the East of England’s leading strategic marketing agency.

He joined the company nine years ago as Client Services Director and will join founder Robin Bryant in leading Mobas.

Peter has had a major impact on developing new and existing client relationships and was responsible for leading the company’s growing digital department. Over the past 12 months he has won development work for a string of key clients such as Compare the Market, Transversal, Tristel, Adder, Hawkins, Conference Cambridge and Greene King.

He said: “I’m really proud that we’re celebrating our 14th year this year and am thrilled that Robin and I are going to be sharing the role of Joint Managing Director, as we work extremely well together.”

Robin Bryant said: “Pete has made a really significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the company and we are splitting the managing director role to play to our strengths.

“I have relished my part in securing the significant successes Mobas has enjoyed over recent years thanks to our ethos of helping our clients succeed. The continued success wouldn’t have been achievable without the great team we have working with us, all of whom care hugely about what they do.

“Peter and I are both really excited about what the future holds for Mobas.”

Robin will be leading Mobas’ creative, strategy and PR work, with Peter taking care of client services and digital within the team. Both will oversee the creation of a new management team.

As we approach World Cup year in 2026, the branding, ball and other assets have now been released so we are starting to get a feel for how it will look.

But, it’s not just the visuals of the branding and sponsors which shape how the tournament feels, but also the kits.

This time, as expected, the majority of kits will be Adidas or Nike manufactured, with a few others in the mix. But I want to spend some time focusing on Adidas.

They’ve made a subtle change to their template, which I expect to start seeing across all of their club kits too in the 26/27 season. It’s so subtle you may not notice, or you may notice a difference but not be able to put your finger on it.
In fact, it’s a change that I’m surprised hasn’t happened sooner.

If this sparked a rethink with your brand, imagine what we could achieve together.
