Having previously used separate agencies for Social Media and PR, Mobas’ challenge with ACE was to integrate the social and PR strategies to create a strong, recognisable voice in the crowded UK laundry market.
Mobas creates and curates bespoke, coordinated content for ACE that can be fed out via multiple platforms: social media channels, blogs and online parenting influencers, related press releases and competitions.
By creating regular content focussing on family-related themes and activities such as seasonal messy play ideas, realistic baby milestones and tips for cooking with children, Mobas has positioned ACE as the go-to stain remover for young families, which also reinforces ACE’s strapline ‘Remove the stains, keep the memories’
Alongside this, we have been working with social influencers and bloggers to elevate brand awareness and grow a community on social channels. Mobas believes that highly targeted ad campaigns are an essential part of building a strong and loyal fan base – putting the right content in front of the right people!
Through all of our outreach online, we’ve been able to reach a highly engaged audience who are eager to share their own parenting tips and milestones, further strengthening ACE’s brand recognition. We’ve also grown ACE’s online community on existing channels whilst also launching their Instagram account. This combined approach has resulted in further awareness of the ACE range of products.
