Helping employee understanding


As part of the launch of Tees’ new brand, Mobas was tasked with creating a video that would demonstrate the new brand and what it represented to help employee understanding before being used externally at launch. The video would be used at an internal launch and be supplemented with an employee handbook that shared the vision of the new brand in printed form.


Mobas used the outcomes of the strategic workshops, including the brand map, approved personality traits and revised values to create a storyboard that brought the brand to life in video format. The video also covered the history of the business, locations, introduction to staff and departments.


A three-minute video was created using an icon and infographic style, combined with the new brand colour palette and fonts. The video has been used both internally during the staff launch event and in subsequent training since brand launch and hosted on external platforms.


The video, both at internal and external launch, was positively received and helped seamlessly embed the brand.
