New website for flagship development

Greenwich Millennium Village is a mixed-tenure modern development on an urban village model located on the Greenwich Peninsula in Greenwich, in south-east London, and part of the Millennium Communities Programme under English Partnerships. Greenwich Millennium Village is a joint venture between Countryside Properties and Taylor Wimpey in association with the Mayor of London.

A historic development

As the development continued into its second decade, Countryside appointed Mobas to create a new website for the flagship development to showcase not only the properties but the development and its amenities as a whole. The Village is set beside the River Thames, and benefits from an abundance of green open space, man-made lakes and even its own Ecology Park to provide a haven for wildlife and areas of natural beauty for both the residents and visitors to enjoy. It was, therefore, our job to create a compelling user experience that brought together in-depth property information while showcasing all that the development had to offer.

Our strategic approach

We approached the project by identifying and defining user groups and audiences. It was crucial that the website would supply the demand of users from a search perspective as well as ensuring the design was appropriate and relevant to the target demographic.

We designed and developed a responsive website that included plot pages to advertise GMV's latest new-build properties. The site was well optimised to drive users to convert by enquiring through the multiple contact forms, which were linked to the Countryside sales team through a CRM.
