Mobas and Reynaers secure eight spots in leading construction marketing awards shortlists

Mobas’s work for aluminium systems company Reynaers has been nominated in seven categories at the Construction Marketing Awards (CMA) 2017 and another at the G17 Awards.

Conceived by the creative studio at Mobas, Any Space Transformed is a visually arresting promotional campaign that applies glazing systems from Reynaers to well-known landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower, Stonehenge and Tower Bridge. It has been shortlisted for Best Use of Advertising and Best Mid-Range Budget Campaign at the CMA Awards.

The campaign, which has also been shortlisted in the Promotional Campaign of the Year – Trade category at the G17 Awards, forms part of Reynaers’ marketing activity targeted towards architects.

Any Space Transformed is supported by The View – Design Transformed, a white paper that was researched, written and designed by the team at Mobas. The white paper, which explores how architectural technologies such as computer-aided design, building information modelling and virtual reality are transforming how buildings are designed, has been shortlisted in the CMA’s Best Use of Research and Insight and Best Use of Content Marketing categories.

Reynaers has also earned nominations from CMA in the Strategic Planning & Management and Best Branding & Positioning categories following its launch to the trade market earlier this year. This was supported by Mobas with the creation of a distinct visual identity and new literature for trade customers alongside an integrated PR and social media campaign to target key trade publications and customers.

The final nomination is for Best Use of Events & Live Marketing, earned for R-Cuisine, a series of exclusive invitation-only events that build relationships between Reynaers and architects. This was supported by Mobas through Reynaers’ social media channels.

Rebecca Cope, Marketing Manager at Reynaers, said: “We’ve already seen fantastic results from our marketing activity this year and it’s a testament to the quality of strategy and implementation from Mobas that we’ve been nominated in eight awards – our highest number ever”.

Peter Chaloner, Joint Managing Director at Mobas, said: “We’re delighted that our expertise in design, public relations and social media has been recognised by leading industry awards. These types of projects are really exciting because they allow us to work collaboratively and push the boundaries of creativity, all the while being underpinned by a tight strategy to reach Reynaers’ audiences and deliver results”.
