Ubisense

New customer-centric website to meet business objectives.

Challenge 

Ubisense are a leading enterprise Location Intelligence solutions provider who enable companies to improve operational effectiveness, increase efficiency and boost profitability. Ubisense helps its customers to unlock business intelligence and insight. The business is divided into three divisions – at the heart of which are powerful software platforms:

  • SmartSpace – a modular software platform that manages real-time location and identification data from multiple sources to support industrial-scale, mission-critical visibility and control applications. 
  • MyWorld – a location intelligence platform that transforms the ability of infrastructure companies to manage their geographically dispersed assets by providing a real-time digital twin of physical operations that can be securely shared by thousands of field and office staff, connecting seamlessly to other critical enterprise systems.
  • Precision Sensor Systems – sensor systems that offer unique capabilities across a range of industries including automotive and aerospace manufacturing, logistics, public transport and many more.

Looking to grow content engagement and drive more leads, Ubisense sought a brand new, customer-centric website to meet these objectives. 

Approach 

To start the project, we facilitated a number of digital workshops with key stakeholders to help Ubisense redefine their audience and content strategy, with tasks such as audience profiling and creating user stories. In conjunction with this, we conducted an in-depth analytical, SEO and user experience audit that informed our recommended comprehensive site structure. 

Delivery 

Helping support the need for strong content engagement and drive new leads, the newly developed site structure focused on the varying target audiences, from C-suite to production and logistics, as well as engineers. These profiles were assigned to all three product brands and allowed us to highlight the day-to-day challenges these individuals face within their relevant industry. Once the profile and key business challenge are identified, the site serves the Ubisense solution with related products, product information and other documents for users to explore and then enquire. 

Alongside this key focus on the user journey experience, the site also hosts additional functionality where Ubisense can showcase technical documentation, recent news, events, partnerships, an investor centre, and much more! To take a look, please visit: www.ubisense.net 

Outcome

Since launch, the site has continued to perform with continued high value, high traffic pages, helping the site’s page rank and search results position in Google. In addition to the successful launch of the English language site, Mobas continue to develop the redesigned multilingual versions of the site which are set to go live later this year.
